With nearly 20 years on the mat, Holly fell in love with yoga back in college and never looked back. Her journey deepened in 2021 when she pursued teacher training to give back to the KC yoga community that's shaped her path.
Passionate about holistic health, creativity, and living a joyful life, Holly brings heart, intention, and chill vibes to every class.

After nearly a decade-long career of performance and coaching color guard in marching bands,
Sydney needed a new outlet for physical movement. She initially gravitated toward yoga at the
gym because of the inviting fluid poses, before moving her practice to the studio. With an
undergraduate degree in education, after making a commitment to her personal practice the
natural next step was to become a yoga teacher. She completed her 200 hour training in Boston
with Julie Starr of Starr Yoga. Sydney aims to create a playful environment in which students
feel strong and confident to push to their edge. Whether on or off the mat, Sydney enjoys
bringing movement to everyone’s life.

Jessie is a busy mom of 2 teenagers, and entirely too many hobbies. She acquired her yoga teacher certification (RYT-200) in 2024 and started "the Fidgety Skeptic" the following year to replace her office job when she just couldn't fake a smile for horrible people any longer. She specializes in mobility and embodiment practices because as an autistic person with chronic lupus flare ups and migraines, "there is not a moment in this life where she isn't feeling something at an uncomfortable level." She leans very heavily into humor and prefers a workshop style to a traditional flow class. She also teaches nervous system regulation techniques to people of all ages, and is currently offering 1:1 coaching sessions for mobility or nervous system regulation twice a week. You can check out her offerings and find her on social media from her website: https://thefidgetyskeptic.com/

Sink into a high-vibe sanctuary where we pair the deep, meditative release of Yin Yoga with the mindful medicine of cannabis. This slow burn, floor based practice is all about melting into the fascia and quieting the noise while you enjoy optional hands-on adjustments and soothing scalp massages. We’ll add to our movement with intentional smoke breaks and journaling prompts, giving you space to ponder your inner world in a hazy, supportive glow. Whether you’re looking to heal an athlete’s body or simply want to elevate your evening, this session is an open invitation to get lifted, and let go. Bring your favorite cozy gear, extra blankets and pillows are highly encouraged.
